Email account settings

Ok, so I don't feel too guilty asking a question since the forum is so dead. I remember when I set up my local ISP email (Charter) it asking about sync settings like "when deleted delete from server" and sync last 3 days, or all or whatever.

Now I can't find those settings again. I can't imagine that they're only available during account setup? The only settings I see are for the server & ports & such.

I'm specifically interested in being able to delete from server when deleted from device.

Hmm, now that I look at it, it looks like it automatically set this account up as IMAP when in the past its always been POP3...
