Video Problem?

I just purchased a Droid X and I put my old sdcard in from my Epic and for some reason my videos didn't work. So I put the card back in the Epic and transfered them from the phone to the computer. Then plugged in my X and transfered the files to it. Now the videos work and what not but the video is extremely slow, but the audio is perfect. The video lags WAY behind the sound, is there something wrong?

I have .wmv and .3gp files....idkkkk
