New Car Dock for Droid X

I don't know if anyone has tryed the new smart car dock for the Droid X but I think it is incredible and a must have for traveling. And you can charge your phone from the dock as well. Verizon has a bundle right now for the car dock, a car charger and the screen protectors for 50.00 with free over night shipping. Check it out.

I bought both the car dock/bracket & the home cradle with the phone last week.

Both work fantastic & were well worth the money. I have the sound running into my KA stereo in my truck. This works super for music/slingbox & speakerphone.

I could not get the car dock to work with a case on my phone. I bought a gps mount and put a magnet in it. 20 bucks and works great. When i put the phone in it, it automatically turns on car mode. Im using a 3 buck carcharger i got online.

The case thing is a problem, I will admit. But I just went with the leather case that closes and that solved my issue. I am waiting to get the desktop charger next.
