I had this problem at work when we went to active directory and outlook at work. There is a desktop program called Google calendar sync found here http://support.google.com/calendar/b...n&answer=89955
It will sync Google calendar with outlook. It is a desktop app so you need to have it running but your outlook and Google calendar will sync. Hope this helps a lil

yup I got it, outlook must have to be open as well, cause it is working now. Is there a program for the contacts as well.

Re: outlook syncing

Are you setting up the exchange service with outlook. I know at work we use outlook and we have the exchange server. When you setup the outlook email through exchange it will ask what you want to sync, contacts is one of the options. I have my personal email, through gmail that backs up contacts. I also have outlook setup through exchange and it has the option for email contacts calendar.....and something else I am forgetting. That way my business email contacts show up with my "regular" gmail contacts, it has both email and phone numbers. Hope this helps a lil

Mine is set up the same way. If their Outlook is using an "Exchange Server" nothing else is needed.
