No problem. I already went in for my replacement on Wed. nite. I begged, pleaded, and even offered to pay for, the extra battery lol. I didn't press the issue too much though because I felt it was a courtesy that they were getting me a brand new unit as opposed to another refurb. Thanks again for your input!
Sorry for the delay, I cant say that you are entitled to keep the battery, it would be more of a courtesy thing on the tech part if he lets you keep, no harm in asking though.
