i did it on my htc touch pro CDMA version

connect your phone through usb to computer

just download the new rom from here you want other rom than the one you already stuck on and start installing don't worry about activesync or anything i was stuck on juicy 8 yesterday that's what i did on my touch pro and now its running perfectly fine

why do u want to go to bootloader mode(tricolor screen)

ok what is the problem do u want to install new rom or want to do hard reset what exactly are you trying to do
