You are buying this phone OFF CONTRACT, If you want to buy it for 150 [best buy I believe] or 200 at a Sprint store then do it. But you will have to sign a contract, unlike mine which is NO contract

Hi was really interested in buying your Samsung Epic but the price is way to much plus its refurbished.. the phones sells in stores at almost the price your giving but maybe for around $150 I would love to take it off your hands

I spoke to an HTC representative last night, and asked if he knew what was coming out on our new Sprint 6.5 ROM. Here's what he said (exact words):

Enhancements:
-HTC Sense 2.5
-HTC Sense Messaging client
-Social network integration
-Windows Mobile 6.5 (not 6.5.5)
-many, many more!!!
