Text color changes

I've spent many (and I mean many) hours trying to get this right. I've found cabs for black text and white. But, with my background, I need the text to be red. Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to change the text color on the TF3D?

Google is worthless when trying to find this app. After doing all the legwork of spanning the forums to find a link, i decided to share the fruits of my labor:

Not sure what interface you want to use but for windows 6.5 you can edit the .cpr and use the codes below not too sure with tf3d

You can try the chome visual editor it has a tool to display colors and it will give you the code.
I was able to get these two to work on my Touch Pro.

"#FFFF0000", "#FF000070" the second one is more crimson

Got a couple more codes for red
"#360000FF"(Red\Orange)
"#FF000090" The Seventh place digit can be from 4-9.
Also the first two places are for opacity ex. FF is 100% and 00 would be 0%
Also noticed that Red is very hard to duplicate for the fonts, probably uses a lower color scale.
