How to change color in Taskbar

I am currently using this taskbar I found over at xda: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=633187

I thought it was blue, but that is only when charging, it turns back to android green when not charging. Can anyone tell me what edits I would need to make to the manila files to make it stay blue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

shellres.192.dll is the file you will need to edit for the taskbar. It is a .dll in the windows folder, needs to be unsigned and resigned, use reshacker to swap out the icon.

I think battery icons are usually in phcanOverbmp.dll since you can use 1% (ie 100 images) with phcanOverbmp.dll. You'll have to edit all of the green ones to blue like mordyt said.
