Won't Install Cabs on V5
 

I'm trying to install the Arcsoft MMS so that I get rid of the Arcsoft messaging, but I keep getting this message: "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions."

I get the message for most cab file installations. What the heck?? It installed fine when I was on V7.

I'm able to install it onto the storage card, but not the device.

I did a couple hard resets and it still didn't help. I ended up re-flashing and it worked.
