E-mail Threading (Conversations) and E-mail Preview
 

Ok, I'm confused here. I know that 6.5.3 is supposed to come with e-mail preview and conversation mode, but the Fathom doesn't seem to have it. 6.5 had it just on exchange server, but I know for a fact that 6.5.3 extended that service to all e-mail accounts.

I have a 6.5.3 rom on my Touch Pro 2 and it has it.

Am I doing something wrong? How come it doesn't have it?

I haven't been able to test this yet (in class) but you can try xda-developers - View Single Post - [OS][WM6.5.5] Latest Releases (23563), Porting, Tutorials, Tools, VM, etc. and see what happens.
backup your phone first... seems like it can eat your email program requiring a hard-reset or the ability to delete files manually.

Interesting...when it trys to install it keeps saying this "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions."

**Update**
I reset the phone and it installed.

It somehow disables Titanium so it doesn't work. It did corrupt the tmail app. I can't even open poutlook.

:( Sad, I was hoping it would work.

Try the attached file. Just cooked it up, installed on my Fathom, and it works!

yup. use an advanced task manager to kill tmail.exe before you install. then do the reset (it will prompt you because it replaces system files) and then you will probably need to clear out your email accounts from the phone before getting full access to the threads. it works well though :)
