Call me crazy... android?

So i've had this idea that the android rom for the ally could easily be manipulated to run on the fathom. Since they are obviously made by lg and look almost the exact same, i would think that the hardware on the inside would be fairly similar as well.
Besides the screen, and the processor i see nothing else that is "totally" different. Oh, and the Dual band gsm/cdma for the fathom.

Pic attached is a picture of them side by side.
Thoughts?

I guess I would take this if nothing better came out.

I believe that's the lg ally, and well yes although they are similar in form factor and shape, the hardware could be quite different. And it's true that the processor is different i believe it's just a 528mhz msm76xx, and well since phones use SoC many things could be different and would require different android builds and kernels etc, but i'm just speculating. There are other snapdragon android phones so not all hopes are lost

The Fathom uses the same processor as the HTC Incredible. I tried to get Haret running on the phone, but nothing. It should be able to work though if someone knows how to code it.

Basically the Touch Pro ran a program called Haret and it booted into android. The fathom runs Haret, but since I have no idea what I'm doing it stops very shortly in. Would be awesome to have a dual boot feature for the phone.
