Would just like to start this thread where people can come in and post their favourite iPhone games that are lesser than $2.99. I'm quite interested as to what kind of games everyone is playing and which are the most addictive.

Of course there is always Angry Birds and all of the different versions. But I like and regularly play the following:

Jetpack Joyride - Free
Sketchman - Free
Doodle Bowling - Free
Pool Break - $0.99
Centipede Origins - $0.99
Tiny Wings - $0.99
Star Wars Pit Droids - $1.99

Ok so more recently I read this study on how most adults take longer to improve their vocabulary as compared to children and I realised its definitely true for me. So I decided to download word games that you play and at the same time gives you new words to improve your vocabulary. I mean, its easier to remember stuff when its fun, right?

Would you also happen to know some good iPhone word games that helps serve the purpose? I tried searching for a few but all turned out to be not that good.
