If you want to jailbreak iPad is an application called Full Force, which forces the iPhone apps to play at full resolution. It is not nearly as grainy because it's just a smarter than the size of a magnifying glass. My experience with the power of non-optimal. Every now and it works, but most importantly it is or is not working at all or not working properly, that is the number of screens / menus do not work in making the program is not usable.
