i just got the 4.2.1 i pad can someone assist me a link to downgrade so I can jailbreak

you don't have to downgrade to jailbreak, currently there is a tethered jailbreak though:

this should work for you. The untethered jailbreak should be out pretty soon.

have you saved your SHSH Blobs for any older firmware?

No I have not saved anything the I pad is fresh out the box and is on the 4.2.1 system I clicked on ur thread and I didn't see anything about the I pad 4.2.1 so I'll keep reading before I try anything
