New Verizon Vogue won't unlock?
 

I just got a new XV6900 as verizon calls it. (stupid i know) but i tried to unlock it with ImCokeMan 2.31 version and kept getting an :error:.

"[262] update error".

Then i figure its maybe because i dont have vznavagator, so lemme try V0.41. still same error. the phone boots into the process to install but stays at 0% and then i get the error on my laptop. the vogue stays on the gray install process screen.

i've done what the error log told me to do but still nuthin. WTF. :banghead: please help.

p.s. i've checked the connections and active sync. they are all fine.

**UPDATE** i got it to work. i guess ImCokeMan's unlocker worked fine, its just windows 7 64bit was being difficult and not letting me run the exe cause it wasnt compatible with 64 bit. blah blah blah. so i just used my old computer with XP SP1 lol. Anywho, thanks for the help guys.

I recommend that you read through codybear's faq on xda about flashing the vogue. You could flash nfsfan's rom or any other of your choosing. There is a ton of great info in that faq.:) Good Luck!!!:)Here's the link :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=508544

When doing the 2.31, make sure you unplug cable when it says to and then replug.

Do the how to pertaining to letting the customizations run. I have done about 9 of these phones, just done a New one 1 week ago, no different.
