Messaging alerts

Is there any way to have the HTC Vogue repeatedly alert me to missed calls, voice mail, and sms until acknowledged, or repeat the alert a certain number of times?

Right now the alert goes off once, and if I don't hear it, often do not see it until I take the phone out of sleep mode to use it.

I have browsed through the settings and see nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Re: Messaging alerts

In sounds and notifications I know there are options to set the led flash notification to flash for a designated time or you can set it to flash continuously until you read or dismiss the notification. I don't think there is a way to keep giving audible alerts. I know that in the calendar if you set a reminder with an audible alert it will keep rereminding you with an audible alert if you don't view or dismiss it.

Re: Messaging alerts

I believe this is what you are looking for: MSentinel and here is one that will even send reminders to your PC in case your not near your phone: MobilePanel. These freeware programs and lots more can be found here: www.freewarepocketpc.net

Re: Messaging alerts

By the way, the best way to access and download from freewarepocketpc from your ppc is to go to www.pocketpcfreeware.mobi which is the mobile version of that site.

Re: Messaging alerts

To all,
Thank you. I will try all the suggestions. From what I see, one of the downloads should do it....MSentinel or AlarmPal.

Re: Messaging alerts

Just a note.........

AlarmPal is not freeware. It is a 15 day trial.

Recently found this one: ReRemind (freeware)

http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-...-reremind.html

Works pretty much the same as MSentinal, and AlarmPal. I like the "clear" feature.

Thanks to all for your help.
