Re: upgrading to v13

NFSfan recommends that you DO NOT restore anything to the phone after you have flashed. From personal experience, I was using Sprite backup and it seemed to screw my phone up and kept having to re-flash every 2 days. Once I quit restoring my backup, everything worked great. But there is a way to backup your data that WILL NOT screw up the ROM. I believe v12 has the new Windows My Phone app that allows you to backup over the web and its totally free. I used this program for my Contacts, Calendar, Pics, Videos, and various other junk. I did not screw up the flash and back up works great. You can even access and edit all your files from your PC. SO MUCH better than doing it all on your phone. Give it a try and let me know how it works out for you.

You will need to reinstall all of your 3rd party software once your flash.

If you need to backup your personal data, use PIM. Its included in all of NFSfans roms... i have used it every time to backup and restore my contacts / txt messages / etc with out issues...
