NFSFAN 6.5 rom killed my phone/txting ... programing code for bell??

hey there, so after flashing my vouge with 6.5 from an already unlocked 6.1 based rom ... my touch worked perfect.

so i decided to do it for a workmate, now had to unlock the phone etc .. i think i may have let customisations run on the orig bell rom during my radio update flash.

but yeh end result ..i have a coworkers phone here that can get web/data access no problem ..but we are getting a carrier recorded message saying the phone needs activating when ever we try to dial out.

now i called telecom nz phone suppport and they wanted to get into the programing menu with ##147359 .... but this just tried to dial the number ..i guess it's changed to bell's code now?

any of you guys know what that may be? cheers.

there is phone code tools in the rom , but just flash to original shipped rom then do over the process of unlock ect will fix ne issues from leting ne run you shouldnt have
