Slot Cycle Index Reverts to Default after some time?

Hey Folks,

I've been noticing that calls wouldn't come in as fast as before lately so I decided to check my SCI settings, which I had originally set to 0 a couple months ago.

I was surprised to notice that it had reverted to the default of 2.

Has anyone noticed this behavior before? Can providers actually force it back to the default by some remote operation? What would cause anything to be changed in the EPST back to the default? I thought only a hard reset could changes values back to default (not soft resets).

Running Bell OEM ROM with a few apps, no flashing.

Any ideas?

Re: Slot Cycle Index Reverts to Default after some time?

Apparently something is causing it. A PRL update might. I just checked mine and it had reverted to 2 also. I reset it and will check in a week to see if it reverts.

Re: Slot Cycle Index Reverts to Default after some time?

Possibly. I'm pretty sure mine reverted due to a hard reset after unlocking, but I can't be sure because I had noticed the difference weeks before. I just hadn't thought to check it.

Well, does anyone know if Bell Mobility updates the PRL though the air? I was told they don't...
