proplem sms htc touch sprint

i have a problem with SMS...

i need Arabic support on the phone... i download the appropriate arabizer program (which works fine on my tytnII sends sms fine) with that installed i can read and write in arabic but the problem is when i send message to my tytnII or any other device that supports arabic all they see is $$$$$$$ code in their phones!! i figured if i could enable unicode support then it might work fine... i tried that in the registry and just like the delivery reports it goes back to 0!! the weird thing i can recive arabic sms fine but if i try to forward them or reply the reciver would get ___________ or $$$$$$$$$$$$!!!! is it a limitation on the phone?

is there anyway i can get that fixed?

I am in the same boat. I need to send unicode sms but it doesn't work. I've looked all over but there aren't too much info on this.
