New Radio/Unlocker for the 1st time in a while, could you check my facts?

Hey guys. Getting a replacement Sprint Touch tomorrow. My currently busted Touch was all upgraded with a GPS radio and was unlocked for flashing, etc.

Problem is I've been so flash crazy lately that I don't completely remember all the steps I took to get it to the flash-able state. The info isn't as easily available either...

I think I remember most of it. Could you guys check these below steps and advise? I don't remember which radio is best for Sprint either, is it just the one that comes with the Sprint 6.1? Thanks!!

1. Flash the official 6.1 Sprint ROM
2. Unlock using the 2.31 unlocker
3. Flash whatever custom ROM I want

2. Unlock using the 2.31 unlocker - CORRECT
3. Check your radio version, make sure to update to most recent or at least compatible to the Custom ROM you want, personally Im on 3.42.50 (Bell) and am on Sprint
4. Flash whatever custom ROM I want - CORRECT

Thanks man. Where did you find the Bell ROM? I found a version OMJ posted but its not working to flash to. I'm using a custom ROM now but would like to upgrade my radio if possible. I'm still on 3.42.30

3.42.30 wont be any issue .. if you search you can find it I dont have it handy at the moment, but you wont see much if any gain with it
