Redialing Loop

I have a redialing issue that occurred after I tried cooking my own ROM. I reverted back to the ROM I was using, but the problem persists. Typically, I will be responding to a text message when the voice dial application starts up, asks for a contact to link to, and then redials the last number on the phone either called in or out. I'll cancel the action, only to have it repeatedly redial over and over until I reset. I've hard reset and reflashed to no avail. Is this a registry issue from my cooking attempt? Should I try restoring to stock before reflashing? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
