connect to qpst

hi everyone i have been trying all day to get my vogue to connect to qpst. when im in DIAG mode on my phone tx and rx read 0 and on my computer my vogue is not recognized as a port. any help?? btw im running windows xp sp2. any help would be appreciated thanks.

After getting an Activesync connection, put into DIAG mode, then unplug usb and plug back in, you should see that it is recognized then. This always is the case for me.

if your computer is trying to find a device driver, the second one is already in the registry, just hte computer is stupid or something lol. just browse to windows/system32 (i think) and thatll do the trick.
