increase voulme and ringers?
is there a cab or reg hack to increase the volume on my phone and the ringers?

Search for audiopara. There should be one for the vogue. It's not a cab file though. You have to put it in your windows folder and then soft reset, and it should make your volume louder during phone calls (don't know if it'll help system volume though).
