htc vogue EPST issue

i am trying to enter EPST and the unlock code 000000 does not seem to work are there any other sugestions.

Install and run basftools, it will return the code you must use, 000000 is wrong in this case

You must download basftools and install it on your phone, then run and get the code you must use.
Look in my page http://chborge.4shared.com in the 6900 area, download and proceed.

Excuse me the name of the file is BASFMSL.CAB, go to my page and download it, copy the file to your phone and tap on it to get installed.
You'll find it on:
start
folder BASFTOOLS
Run it and get the code. thats it

Run the program, answer NO to the answer and get the code.
