Arcsoft not loading MMS!

I recently switched from to0's Vogue rom to CNR's V9 Manila rom, installed Arcsoft 5, and edited the registry. now, when I click new MMS, nothing happens. What did I do wrong?

Found a solution for the MMS. See http://howardforums.com/showthread.p...hlight=ARcsoft

Still no fix for GoogleMaps.
