Upgraded ROm

I upgraded my rom on the HTC site to 6.1. I have metropcs and it cleared all the settings. Now Metro is saying they have to flash the phone again. One rep that's working with me says that my number that metro gave me is still installed. Is there a specail way to get the phone to work without flashing it again? He is going to call Houdinisoft but if I could help him it would help me out.
