Re: Phone will not audibly ring

You gota be #$&*@!$ kidding me!!! I have been through ever menu a dozen times. I thought that was ear piece volume. How lame.

How lame of me for not figuring that out. It also fooled the guy at the sprint service center. They were going to replace it but I didnt want to go through setting it all up again.

Well I am happy its working and I dont have to redo everything!!

Thanks a lot

Sorry to dig this old thread up, but I'm glad I found this post.

This is the 2nd time this happened to me that I almost went with the hard reset.

I forgot that it happened before until I saw the fix for it. I really should remember that.
This post has been thanked 1 times.

HA. I am so glad this thread was bumped up. I have for days been trying to find a solution to this problem. EVERYTHING worked, but the audio ring. And to think it was literally a button/toggle away.

Re: Phone will not audibly ring

Geeze.... ditto here, and I've had this phone for almost three years and this has never happened to me before. Must've changed it with my ear, by accident. Happened while I was on vacation and one of my first things (after unpacking) was "do a hard reset . . . AFTER I search ppcgeeks." Thanks to this great forum.
