Gahh! Keeps switching to 1x!!

im in an evdo reva location but 1x keeps overiding evdo and i have to reset the vogue just to fix it. this has been plaguing me since all official sprint roms and kitchen/custom roms. searching for a fix is a hassle, cant even search "1x"!!

is there a setting to have it on 1x evdo or hybrid? mines in start/settings/personal/phone. under the services tab select mode of operation and hit get settings

on my titan it looks like this

you could also try a different radio and/or prl. one version may work better than another in your area.

nope, i dont have the mode of operation options

im running..
radio 3.42.30
prl 60612
pri 2.04_003

is there anything else specific i can try?

I would try prl 60613 &or 60614

Yeah I'd do the registry mod so that you have mode of operation and upgrade to the latest prl. Keep in mind the reason why sprint pushes these updates is so that customers get the best possible service. There's been a lot of changes since the 60612 heh. Especially with the new SRA's coming online and what not.
