Please help me with cricket wap for Vogue.

So I set it up the moto Q way, with command prompt C:\Q rapiconfig and such, but when it tries to connect to the internet i get "cannot connect with current settings", and then i get "trying to set up sprint vision services. "how can i fix this. please help me
