ShopSavvy-like Application for Windows Mobile?

Anyone know if there is an application similar to ShopSavvy for Android that is made for Windows Mobile? Basically, the point of ShopSavvy is to let the user scan barcodes with a camera and then the program finds the lowest prices for the item scanned.
