Please help. Unlocked phone, now stuck (can't get rom on)

Sorry, am an admitted noob, and tried to find the instruction, but then things got stuck.

Am unlocked (tri-color.
Have a rom, but don't know how to install now that the unlock program won't work...

I try using the unlocker, but since I'm on the tricolor, it says "no device available"

How can I put on the ROM, do I need to open another program... I am stuck.

And I think if I wait too long my battery will die...

I'm trying to fix on my own, but more roadblocks.

I can't get re-locker to work. Can anyone please walk me thru so I can use my phone.

I'm not sure what forum to post in. Despite reading up before starting, I am stuck with a phone on the tricolor splash screen. The unlocker program froze, and now I have a ROM 9.nbh) that I do not know how to get on my phone, and a phone that is stuck in unlock.

Please advise or at least tell me what board to ask...

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry, still stuck. RUU cannot "recognize my device" which is unlocked. Any other way to install the nbh on my now unlocked device?

75 minutes, and no one has offered any response...

Any other way to now put on the nbh?

Or any other more appropriate place to ask for help?

what are the numbers on your bootloader screen
if it says 2.31 coke then you are on locked...if it doesn't then you you hanen't unlocked yet...

Says spl-2.00 coke

I was running coke 2.31 on a stock sprint touch when it froze.

Now coke 2.31 cannot recognize my device.

this is the unlocker thread i know that you posted there but if you read thru you will find the answer to your problem
2.31 unlocker is for gps enabled vogue roms!!! i'm gonna look to see but 2.00 should not be on there patience buddy someone outthere has the exact answer and it will be a matter of tome and they will help you.i will continue search and see what i can do...
