Voice Activated Dialing

Is there any way to use Voice Activated dialing (i.e. you press the phone button and then instead of saying the person's name (pre recorded), to just say, 2-1-3-5 and the rest of the number. In other words, you say each number and the phone enters them and then you just press Talk.

You don't even have to push talk, it will repeat the number then ask for your confirmation and dial for you.
