Make Touch Keyboard pop up in XT9 every time?

My Touch Keyboard used to pop up in XT9 every time, no matter what what. I seem to remember a setting for that somewhere.

Anyhow, since I went to OMJ's latest ROM it now always comes up and I have to change it to XT9, every time. I have been through all of the Input and SIP Change settings and cannot get it to work. Anyone help?
