Buying New Screen?

Ok so for some reason my screen just stopped working one night last week, was working when I went to sleep and was not when I woke up. It might have gotten a bit wet from being in a humid room but none of the water stickers on the phone have turned red. The phone still works find and I can make and receive calls I just can not use the touch screen. I tried hard reset and everything and now its just stuck at the main screen since I cant tap to start it lol.

So how hard is it to replace a screen and where can I get one?
