Any Costs for GPSMode 2?
Recently flashed the leaked ROM and my Radio. Getting really good GPS signal and everything else. After some reading I've noticed that there are 4 possible modes for the GPSOne chip in Touch(Vouge). Right now mine is set to GPSMode 2 and has AGPS Enabled.
Anyway, I wanted to know if using GPSMode 2 will cost anything on the Bell Mobility Canada network or is it included as part of our service? Much Thanks |

The way I understand it, Bell doesn't support AGPS, so they won't charge you. That being said, they won't charge you even if they do support it. I'm on telus and they haven't enabled the GPS officially and they have not charged me. AGPS is just exact info of where the satellites are, so your phone gets a quicker lock.
