Lost the landscape mode for fullscreen video...

I don't know why or how, but I can play my video in fullscreen landscape mode anymore in media player...

When I use TCPMP, the framerate is horrible in normal portrait mode.
And if I click on the fullscreen icon, the video just freezes , but I can still here the audio.

Anybody got a clue of what is happening and how I can fix it ?

Change it to RAW or GDI instead of Directdraw... its in the options |video menu

Thanks, that took care of TCPMP, real smooth now!

Bu I'm still having troubles with Windows Media player, it won't play in landscape mode, just portrait, even in full screen.

And I can't find the setting or the option to change to fix it.

Any ideas?

I always reencode my movies down from the 800mb xvid 640x480 res (or what eva it is) down to the 250mb MP4 320x240 res ... are you trying to play a full res movie in WMV.. I haven't tried due to the size really but I assume thats why WMV would be choppy

Sorry, I wasn't more precise, it's kinda hard to explain without screenshots.

In WMV the video is smooth and in sync with the audio. It's just that when I try to play it in full screen mode, instead of changing the aspect to landscape mode automaticly like it use to, it just plays in portait mode (although in fullscreen). And that's with video that use to play in fullscreen landscape mode.

Hope this clarifies the problem...

Found the fix for my problem, just need to add/change this key :

[HKLM\System\GDI\Rotation]
"LandscapeMode"=dword:1
