Getting the StartUp Animation Load?

Hey guys maybe you can help? I've can't seem tp get the startup animation to load. I made my own rom and am not sure if something is conflicting? I looked on the registry and everything is looks like it should. Thanks for any help you can give!

..bump..bump I have the issue, animation displays fine in the kitchen.. I'm using the 19xxx sys if that makes a diff

im using 19xxx as well...hmm i noticed that in the registry it says a alltel240x320. i will try to add the gif with that name. thank for the reply
