Icons At The Very Bottom Of My Screen

Hi people, i am a newbie and i have a question...

i am currently running phonealarm at the top or my screen with a phatfingers theme with no other items on my today screen on my touch. (sorry for the run-on)

i would like to have 6 other icons that expand above themselves at the very bottom of my screen right above the soft keys.

The icons i would like to include at the bottom of the screen would be

Home screen, phone dialer, weather with phatfingers theme, internet, gps, and something to manage my ringtones

if anyone could suggest any programs and a brief explanation on how to set up my settings i would greatly appreciate it.

my aim is KickinAround19 and i am always online

whats wrong with the app launcher included in the htc home? And im pretty sure hhc(htc home customizer) can make everything you dont want to see transparent. (i.e. the time and the kinda of dock thing the clock sits on top of...)
