registry hack for a2dp audio .. stream bt audio

So last week I bought a car stereo that supports the bluetooth streaming audio, and I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality being fairly good.. I would say not too far off from cd quality. Anyway I saw the registry hack in the registry forum that supposedly improves the quality greatly.. anyone have any experience here? I wanna do it but don't wanna mess with anything unneccessarily.

I had a hack for my mogul which let me do it, I didn't notice much. But I only use a2dp for my headphones.
