How to reset HTC 5800

Hi All,

First, i have i Vogue, but this question is unrelated.
This related to my wife's HTC 5800.

Here my problem, which started yesterday. Whenever she turns on the phone, it freezes right at the windows mobile screen. She has to remove the battery to shut it off, becasue the power button doen't work.

How can i do a reset on her HTC 5800?
