Re: backup software?

If you only want to back up the little stuff, like Texts, contacts, notes, task, etc....

PIM Backup is perfect for it, it's free and everything

But if you willing to spend a little money to backup everything, and I mean everything...

Sprite Backup is perfect for that as well.....

Re: backup software?

I believe, but I could be wrong, that you can just copy the pim.vol file out of the root folder of the phone. That is where your contacts and calendar are stored...someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: backup software?

Yet another option (free) is DashWire. This wirelessly backs up your SMS, pix, contacts, bookmarks, voicemail, and call logs. It's accessed via web interface and supports just about every WM device. Located @ www.dashwire.com. However, if you're looking for total backup of your device, go with a program such as Sprite, as suggested above, or SPB Backup
