Anyone plan on doing a newer carrier specific for Alltel

like OMJ's new Sprint one....
Sprint is the obvious favorite on this fourm but any plans for Alltel?
I'm still using the older OMJ for Alltel.

OMJ has an Alltel ROM from his older Sprint based ROM.

It takes time and work to do such things... if you would like one done, make a request in the thread relative to the particular ROM you'd like to see customized. Though your request is likely to already be there...

I emailed HTC about a month ago asking them when they would have Alltel's offical WinMo 6.1 ROM, and they told me that it's up to the carriers to prepare the ROM and give it to them, but that most carriers would have their 6.1 ROMs prepared and given to HTC in July. So hopefully Alltel will be releasing their 6.1 ROM here soon.

Fire up the kitchen and make your own Alltel ROM. It's not hard, and it'll be current. It's how most roms here are made.

At this point I just about want to go back to the original Rev A Alltel update.

With these custom roms, I never have MMS, my email never works, and gps is still not working. I enjoy the threaded messaging but at what cost.

Does anyone have any ideas or a carrier specific without these problems?
