HTC Home Customizer

Just installed HTC Home Customizer on my Vogue for the first time and while I'm really liking it so far, I can't figure something out. In the tabs section, is there a way to add a phone tab to access the dial pad? I would like to quit using the Verizon today screen bar that has a direct button to the phone.

You can put a phone tab at the bottom where your contact or calendar is at. With the advance conf.

Where do I find that? Looked around, but can't find anything.
