GPS keeps causing wrong timezone....

Hey guys I just realized this and want to know if anyone else is having this same problem. I live in Ohio (Eastern Standard Time). However gps always reverts my device time to Atlantic time. This screws up all my appointments. It doesn't seem to matter what program I use (iGO 8, Google or live search) as soon as the sats lock my time changes. I have set all the options within the programs so this doesn't happen but it still does. I am using the new 3.02 GPS Kitchen and the leaked Sprint radio. Everything else works fine. Please check your time zone and see if it has changed. If anyone has any suggestions beyond not using GPS that would be pretty sweet....
