Best Way to do EMAIL on the mobile ?

Those of you with LARGE Outlook contact databases for work - or pleasure ... is there a way to sync only certain subsets of outlook contacts [folders]?

Work is an exchange 2003 server - soon to be 2007 [I am not the admin] I d like to be able to send email FROM the mobile to clients and office workers, however; the amount of mail that come IN TO my office inbox - might be a bit overwhelming to manage on the vogue.

Sync'ing with the home inbox should be no big deal.

How are some of you mobile VETs handling this?

Re: Best Way to do EMAIL on the mobile ?

I personally divided up all my business correspondence into 3 separate email accounts. I sync all my contacts to my touch, but only have the touch auto-sync the account I need constant and immediate access too. If you only have one email account, but check from home or the office - just have the touch get email from the last 24 hours and only download the message headers, then dump your inbox on the touch at the end of every day. If you make sure to set it to leave the messages on your server, you will still have the messages on your home or office computers. Then - you will be able to email your whole contact list while on the road...

Thats what I do... Hope it helped.
