gave up on the new hybrid? did you try upgrading your radio to 3.37.15? that fixed the problem for me.

yeh theres stuff i didnt like. like the software compatibility isnt totally there with w/e 6.1 build the new leaked ROM uses. And the rom was too stripped, all of the nice gray touch skinning was gone. I was also getting constant white data arrows. So i just reverted since i had a sprite backup before i flashed to the hybrid.

save the .tsk file to your windows folder and then run it from file explorer.

not the theme, but the dialer and comm manager, everything was back to WM standard skins because they were deleted out of the ROM and registry. Made skins (especially dialers) never work the same as stock and cause issues like the always white data arrows or break 911 capabilities (which are important).

Ill just stick with this ROM since everything is near Touch stock and its run perfect for me for weeks since it came out. There was nothing all that new in the Hybrid ROm, none of the ati stuff made a difference in video and the diamond stuff can be found on xda. the newer Diamond SYS really doesnt do much either. Basically if youre happy with what you have its not a towering improvement or any magic ROM thatll solve all your troubles.
