upgraded to new gps rom..but want to go back to stock rom..help

i downloaded the verizon stock rom here after upgrading to a gps rom..the gps was very unstable and the newer rom seemed slower..i upgraded the radio..

i want to go back to the stock rom...am i screwed? i heard the upgraded radio will not work with the stock rom..

help anyone?
