Can't answer phone

I'm running a ROM created with the kitchen. I find that most of the time (at least 50% maybe more) when I get a phone call, I can't answer the phone -- the green button doesn't work, the "answer" soft key doesn't work, and the button of my BT headset doesn't work.

I had been running and have now uninstalled: Polen's Vista Dialer and S2U2 to see if one of those was the cause, but I am stilling having the problem.

I had finally gotten my phone how I wanted it and I REALLY do not want to start over again.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
